We’re looking for a highly motivated AI Operator who loves pushing their creative use of AI to its limit. You DON’T need to know everything — Claude.ai will do the heavy lifting. You implement our collective thinking to push AI to its maximum capability.

We expect you to be smarter than us when it comes to AI automation, workflows, and the latest AI skills. We don’t have time to catch up on developing these fun and exciting skills, so we expect you to learn fast (at your own time) and implement your applicable (paid) skills into our business environment, whilst sharing discoveries with us.

• SM Competitor Analytics & Dashboard — Custom reporting to track and visualise what’s working across your content.
• AI video editing — Automated cuts, B-roll insertion, captions, and animation using AI tools.
• AI avatar + voice clone — Build a digital version of the founder for scalable video production (no ElevenLabs).
• Advisory web platform — A full web application to deliver advisory services to small business clients.
• Workflow automations — Anything that helps small businesses scale.
• n8n / Make.com workflows — Claude-powered automations that connect CRMs, content tools, and APIs.

What We Actually Need From You

Hard Skills (Non-Negotiable)

• Comfortable using Claude to write and debug code (Python or JS — doesn’t matter which)
• Can follow API documentation and connect services together without hand-holding
• Has built something — anything — using an AI tool or automation platform before

Soft Skills (Actually More Important)

• Self-directed — doesn’t wait to be told what to do next
• Treats every problem as a learning exercise, not a blocker
• Documents their work so it’s repeatable
• Comfortable with “figure it out” as the job description
