ManyChat Specialist (Remote | Project-Based / Ongoing)

We are looking for a skilled ManyChat Specialist to build, manage, and optimize automated chat flows for Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and other supported channels. 

This role focuses on creating high-converting chatbot experiences that capture leads, qualify prospects, automate follow-ups, and drive sales or bookings.

You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to turn campaigns, offers, and funnels into smart, user-friendly chatbot automations that improve engagement and conversions.

This is a remote role with flexible hours and opportunities for long-term collaboration.

Tasks:

• Build and manage ManyChat flows for Facebook Messenger and Instagram
• Create automated lead generation, onboarding, and follow-up sequences
• Set up keyword triggers, buttons, conditions, tags, and user segmentation
• Integrate ManyChat with third-party tools (CRMs, email platforms, Google Sheets, Zapier, webhooks, etc.)
• Implement growth tools (comment replies, DM automation, opt-ins)
• Monitor and optimize chatbot performance and conversion rates
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth automation flow
• Maintain clean structure, naming conventions, and documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience using ManyChat (Facebook Messenger & Instagram)
• Strong understanding of chatbot logic, automation, and user journeys
• Experience integrating ManyChat with CRMs, email platforms, and automation tools
• Ability to build conversion-focused flows (lead capture, booking, sales)
• Familiarity with Meta policies and messaging compliance
• Strong attention to detail and structured workflow design
• Good written English communication skills
• Portfolio or examples of previous ManyChat flows required
