Sales All-Rounder

This is a All-rounder role in Sales. Everything relates to sell, you are responsible and expect to perform. 

Our target markets: 70% are business owners, 30% start ups & aspiring entrepreneurs

100% remote. 

Flexible hours: Any hours between 9 am to 6 pm (Melbourne/Sydney Time, Australia) — Monday to Friday  

Tasks:

• Send cold emails and follow up. 
• Perform cold/ warm calling and follow up - > appointment setter
• Use ChatGPT to compose and finetune sales email, copywriting, Ads script.  
• Data entry/ Update CRM - leads, calls, and sales activities
• Lead extraction.  
• Paste copywriting words into Canva

Sales Experience & Requirements:

• Past and present sales experiences essential (ANY): selling apts, homes, software, retail sales, phone sales, cold calling, etc. Any sales experiences must have. 
• Mild British, Australian, or US accent preferred
• Confident, professional phone presence
• Must submit a short introduction video with your application

Mindset

Possess Sales psychology, persuasion, and emotional intelligence (EQ). While we use tools like ChatGPT Premium to support email and all copywriting tasks, human finetuning is essential. That’s where you come in — your role is to refine, humanise, and craft persuasive sales copy/ scripts that moves people to action.
